How Much Does Lip Filler Cost in Las Vegas?

Lip filler is one of the most searched cosmetic treatments in Las Vegas, and the first question is almost always about cost. The answer depends on more variables than most clinics explain upfront. This guide breaks down the structure of that pricing: what a syringe actually is, what moves the number, and why the per-visit price is only part of the equation.
If you want the clinical picture first, lip filler treatment at our Summerlin clinic covers the four hyaluronic acid products we use, where each one is placed, and what the appointment actually involves. This page stays on the money.
- Most licensed Las Vegas clinics charge roughly $500 to $1,000 per syringe for hyaluronic acid lip filler, with some physician-led practices quoting up to about $1,500. These are general market ranges, not Body Balance Medical pricing.
- Lip filler is priced per syringe, and one syringe is 1 mL of product. Your actual cost depends on which filler is selected, how much is used, and the injector's credentials. Body Balance Medical quotes only after an in-clinic assessment.
- A "half syringe" at a reputable clinic means a smaller, factory-filled syringe, not half of a 1 mL syringe saved for later. Once the seal is broken, unused product is discarded.
- The real cost is best understood per month of result rather than per visit. A longer-lasting filler at a higher price per syringe can cost less across a year than a cheaper one replaced twice as often.
- Every first aesthetics visit automatically receives Premier member pricing, 20% off, with no enrollment required.
- Cheaper is not always better. Product sourcing, injector training, and infection-control standards all affect safety, outcomes, and what you actually spend over time.
What Lip Filler Costs in Las Vegas, and How We Quote It
Across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin, market pricing at licensed medical practices typically runs about $500 to $1,000 per syringe of hyaluronic acid lip filler. Some premium physician practices, particularly board-certified plastic surgery and dermatology offices, quote up to roughly $1,500 per syringe. Those figures are general Las Vegas market context, not Body Balance Medical pricing.
That range reflects both the filler selected and the injector's experience and credentials. Clinics in higher-rent areas of the valley often charge more, driven by overhead, medical oversight requirements, and safety infrastructure rather than by anything you can see in the syringe.
Body Balance Medical prices lip filler by the syringe. The exact plan, including how much product and which filler, is tailored during an in-person assessment at our Summerlin clinic, and there is no separate assessment fee.
This article is strictly about cost structure. Lip anatomy, injection technique, product selection, aftercare, settling timelines, and migration are all covered on the service page.
Get Your Lip Filler QuoteWhat a Syringe of Lip Filler Actually Is
One syringe of lip filler is 1 millilitre of product, roughly a fifth of a teaspoon. It is a small amount, but in a structure as detailed as the lips, 1 mL creates visible change. Most treatments use a standard full syringe for noticeable enhancement. You will see a difference immediately, though lip filler takes about two weeks to fully settle.
Hyaluronic acid fillers arrive as prefilled, sterile syringes labelled as single-use medical devices, for one patient and one session. How much product your treatment needs is the single largest driver of what you pay.
Per-syringe pricing is the standard across reputable clinics in Las Vegas and nationally, and it makes lip filler easier to price-compare than neurotoxin. If you are also weighing Botox cost in Las Vegas, you have to convert a per-unit rate into an estimated unit count before you can compare two quotes at all. Filler pricing does not require that step.
Lips generally take somewhere between a conservative volume, around 0.5 mL, for subtle enhancement, and a full syringe or more for a substantial change. Your injector determines what is appropriate based on lip shape, tissue quality, and the result you are after.
What a "Half Syringe" of Lip Filler Really Means
"Can I just buy half a syringe?" is one of the most common questions patients ask, and the honest answer requires understanding how these devices work.
Hyaluronic acid lip fillers are supplied as sterile, prefilled, single-use syringes. Once the seal is broken for a patient, any unused product is discarded. That is not a clinic-specific policy, it is a core infection-control standard for injectable medical devices. Reputable medical practices do not store opened syringes for later appointments or move leftover product to another patient.
So a "half syringe" does not mean a 1.0 mL syringe was used halfway and the rest kept for next time. What exists instead are smaller syringes that manufacturers factory-fill and seal at lower volumes. Body Balance Medical stocks a 0.55 mL Juvederm Ultra XC alongside the standard 1.0 mL. It is its own product with its own price, not a split from a larger syringe. Because it is a smaller device rather than half of a bigger one, it does not cost half as much, which is worth knowing before you compare two quotes.
If you are quoted a "half syringe" anywhere in Las Vegas, it is entirely reasonable to ask the provider what happens to any product that is not used. That is a patient-safety question, not an accusation, and any clinic should be able to answer it plainly.
For many first-time patients, or anyone with naturally thin lips who wants a subtle result, a smaller-volume syringe is a sensible starting point. It gives your lips a chance to respond before you commit to more volume. Some patients will still need the full 1.0 mL to see meaningful change, particularly those correcting age-related volume loss. At assessment, Teresa will tell you whether a smaller syringe is likely to be enough for your starting anatomy and your goals.

A 0.55 mL syringe is its own factory-filled product, not half of a 1.0 mL syringe.
What Actually Drives Your Total
The per-syringe price is one piece of the picture. What you actually spend depends on several factors working together.
Hyaluronic acid fillers use different cross-linking technologies, which change how soft or structured they feel, how much they swell, how long they last, and where they sit in the market price range.
Some patients do well with a smaller syringe for subtle shaping. Others need a full 1.0 mL, or a staged approach across two visits. More product means a higher immediate cost.
Plastic surgeons and dermatologists typically charge more than non-physician injectors. Experienced injectors with specific lip training are also less likely to overfill or create a result that needs correcting.
Practices with medical oversight, emergency protocols, and verified product sourcing sit in the middle to upper end of market pricing, for reasons that bear directly on your safety.
Only an in-person assessment can determine which product and what volume fit your anatomy. A price list cannot replace treatment planning.
Cost per Month of Result, Not Just per Syringe
The most honest way to evaluate lip filler pricing is cost per month of result. Most lip fillers last between 6 and 12 months, but lips break filler down faster than any other area of the face because the mouth never stops moving. Diet, sun exposure, and smoking all shorten it further.
A meta-analysis of hyaluronic acid lip augmentation published in Frontiers in Surgery found that injectable HA reliably increases lip fullness for at least six months, with serious adverse events uncommon. Beyond that window, how long your result holds depends heavily on the product and on you.
| Factor | Shorter-lasting filler | Longer-lasting filler |
|---|---|---|
| Typical duration | About 6 months | About 9 to 12 months |
| Appointments per year | 2 | 1 to 2 |
| Cost across 12 months | Higher, despite the lower sticker price | Often lower overall |
| Recovery periods | Two rounds of swelling and bruising | Half as many |
Duration ranges are typical, not promises. Metabolism, lip movement, sun exposure, and smoking all change how quickly hyaluronic acid breaks down.
Each visit also carries time away from work, logistics, and recovery. Swelling and bruising can take 7 to 10 days to clear. Fewer, better-planned treatments are usually both cheaper and more comfortable across a year.
At assessment, Teresa weighs the upfront cost against the maintenance rhythm you actually want, whether that is every six months, every nine, or once a year.

The cheapest syringe is not always the cheapest year.
Lip Flip Cost Versus Lip Filler Cost
A lip flip places a few units of neurotoxin above the upper lip to roll it gently outward, showing more of the pink lip when you smile. It changes how existing tissue sits. It does not add volume.
A lip flip visit costs less per session than filler, because only a small number of units are involved. The effect is also much shorter, about 6 to 8 weeks against 6 to 12 months for hyaluronic acid filler.
Run that forward. Maintaining a lip flip every 6 to 8 weeks for a year means roughly six to eight visits. Maintaining filler means one or two. The flip costs less each time and more across the year, and the gap widens over 24 months.
A lip flip also cannot substitute for filler in a lip that genuinely lacks volume. For the clinical comparison of how each works and who suits which, see our lip flip versus lip filler guide.
What It Costs to Dissolve Lip Filler
One real advantage of hyaluronic acid is that it can be adjusted or removed. Hyaluronidase breaks HA filler down and is used to correct overfilling, migration, asymmetry, or a result you are simply unhappy with, whether the original filler was placed here or somewhere else.
Dissolving is its own bookable appointment, assessed and priced separately from new filler placement. It is not bundled into the cost of treatment.
What moves the cost: how much unwanted filler is present, whether it has migrated beyond where it was placed, and whether more than one session is needed. For most patients it is straightforward, but it has to be performed by a licensed medical injector who understands the vascular anatomy around the nose and mouth.
Because every case differs, we do not quote dissolving prices online. Book an in-clinic evaluation and you will leave with a plan and a number.
Aesthetics membership. Three tiers carry standing discounts of 15%, 20%, and 25% on eligible aesthetic treatments, including lip filler, and every monthly contribution banks as treatment credit that does not expire. Every first aesthetics visit automatically receives Premier member pricing, 20% off, with no enrollment required. Full details on the aesthetics memberships page.
Manufacturer rewards. Allē covers the Juvéderm family and ASPIRE covers Restylane. Both are point-based and both reward staying within one brand family across treatments. Most patients never enrol and leave that money unclaimed.
Payment flexibility. We work with Cherry and CareCredit if you would rather spread the cost. Current offers, when we are running them, are listed on our promotions page.
Predictable maintenance. Topping up around the 6 to 9 month mark, before all the volume is gone, generally costs less across a year than letting the lips return to baseline and rebuilding from scratch.
Book Your AssessmentWhy the Cheapest Quote in Las Vegas Can Be a Risk
Las Vegas has everything from established medical practices to deeply discounted offers advertised on social media. When a quote sits well below the market, it is worth understanding why.
- Counterfeit or grey-market product. Fillers brought in outside normal distribution channels may be diluted, mislabelled, or expired. That produces unpredictable results, shorter longevity, and higher complication risk.
- Injector credentials. Nevada restricts filler injection to licensed medical professionals, meaning physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses working within scope. Treatment by unlicensed or minimally trained injectors raises both safety and long-term cost concerns.
- Correction costs. Fixing overfilled or poorly placed filler, which can mean multiple dissolving sessions and then retreating, routinely costs more than having it done properly the first time.

Before booking anywhere, ask what product will be used, who is actually injecting, what happens if you need a correction, and whether hyaluronidase is kept on site.
