How often should I get a facial?
For general skin maintenance, most patients schedule facial treatments every 4 to 6 weeks. Acne-prone or oily skin may benefit from more frequent treatment — every 2 to 4 weeks initially, depending on severity and response. Sensitive skin often does better on a gentler schedule of every 6 to 8 weeks. Ashiana will recommend a frequency that fits your skin's current needs and your maintenance goals.
What should I do before and after my facial?
Before your appointment, come prepared to share your current skincare routine — including any retinoids, exfoliating acids, acne medications, allergies, and recent laser treatments or injectables.
