The Balance Rate requires an active hormone optimization membership. Hormone care begins with a brief, approximately 15-minute assessment with a member of our clinical team. If you choose to continue, the blood draw and lab analysis are $15 with insurance or $150 without insurance. A separate $100 payment secures and schedules your provider lab review appointment, bringing the visit-one total to $115 with insurance or $250 without insurance. At visit two, about a week later, your provider reviews the results and determines whether you are a candidate. Your first membership payment is due only if you qualify and choose to start.

Who qualifies for it?
Any active hormone optimization member. Once you're enrolled in Biote Hormone Pellet Therapy, Custom Hormone Therapy, or Hormone Optimization Injections, the rate is available to you when Tirzepatide is added to your plan.
