2. Offer Details: The promotion includes 1 month of semaglutide injections for $99. This includes 4 doses, administered weekly, at an introductory dosage of 10 units per dose. Additional doses or changes to dosage will incur regular pricing.
3. Offer Limitations: This promotion is valid for the first month only and applies only to the specified introductory dosages. No substitutions or modifications to the offer are permitted.
4. Non-transferable: This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or insurance benefits.
5. Medical Consultation: A mandatory medical consultation with one of our providers is required prior to receiving any treatment. The consultation may include a review of medical history, and eligibility for the program will be determined at the discretion of the provider.
6. Offer Expiration: This offer is valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
7. Payment: The full payment of $99 is due at the time of booking or before the first treatment. Payments are non-refundable.
